It's been years since the last time I built a deck (I stopped playing TCG when the first Mewtwo EX was released), and since I don't have time (or money) to play competitive again, I decided to play on TCGO.
To keep the story short, I saw Alolan Ninetales and I loved it. So here it is the decklist I made:
Pokémon - 15
* 1 Drampa-GX GRI
* 1 Tauros-GX SUM
* 2 Zorua BKT
* 2 Zoroark BKT
* 4 Alolan Vulpix GRI
* 3 Alolan Ninetales-GX GRI
* 1 Remoraid BKT
* 1 Octillery BKT
Trainer Cards - 33
* 4 Aqua Patch GRI
* 3 Rough Seas PRC
* 1 Super Rod BKT
* 1 Lysandre AOR
* 3 Professor Sycamore BKP
* 1 Brigette BKT
* 1 Special Charge STS
* 1 Field Blower GRI
* 3 Ultra Ball SUM
* 3 N FAC
* 1 Hex Maniac AOR
* 2 Choice Band GRI
* 2 Float Stone BKT
* 2 Dive Ball PRC
* 3 VS Seeker PHF
* 1 Professor Kukui SUM
* 1 Delinquent BKP
Energy - 12
* 4 Double Colorless Energy FAC
* 8 Water Energy Energy
Strategy
Simple: build Ninetales and start attacking. Ninetales it's a really versatile card, plus Kukui and Choice Band you can deal lots of damage, and be ready to attack at the next turn thanks to Aqua Patch plus Zoroark for free retreat.
Zoroark can also be used for Mind Jack, and it's only one price if it gets KO'd. I found out the deck works best with Zoroark than with Manaphy. It's also a good counter against Mega Rayquaza.
Drampa and Tauros are there for Glaceon EX, also when playing against a metal deck. Not sure, tho, if both are necessary. I've found Drampa way more useful than Tauros, and Big Wheel GX can save you.
Weak against...
Basically, anything that does more than 210 damage in a consistent way. I found myself having a bad time against Lurantis GX/Tapu Bulu with Promo Lurantis. I guess the best way to fight against these decks it's to set up as quickly as possible.
Anyway, I'm open to feedback. Note that I'm not using Tapu Lele GX because I don't have it, but I'm spending all my coins on boosters so I can get one!
