Your list is pretty solid, but faces one problem: EX lock. If you go against a Pokémon with safeguard (like carbink) or you go against a Pokémon like Regice, you're doomed. I recommend adding either cobalion, or just hex maniac and Pokémon Ranger. I think you could replace your hammers with them, but that's just my opinion.
Hope this helps!

Thanks cus i totally forgot about Regice and glaceon

You may be forgetting that Hoopa does not get GX. Without shaymin, you won't need Hoopa since at most you would get 2 Steelix and a mega. And if you have one in hand/play your 3rd search is not needed. One thing you should add is Cobalion from Steam Siege. It's a great late game attacker and a way to force a 7 prize game.

I like you thoughts with Solgaleo GX. I would probably build mine around him entirely and use the GX attack to set up energy. If you hit rare candy turn two you could power up 3 Solgaleo and spam a few Sunsteel Strike without elixirs. And that would be 6 prizes against ex deck.

I feel like town map and nest ball arent doing much for u i would put in rare candy ultra ball and im assuming by strong energy you meant sheild energy which wouldnt hurt but isnt nessecary

Strong energy can be grabbed by the GX attack, and put on M Steelix to make 160 go to 220. Than you got a 240 hp tank taking 1 shots in belted EX. You could even two shot two Yeltal. 200 after weakness and the bench spread lets you lysandre next turn a Yveltal with 10 damage and knock out both, essentially sealing the game.

I made an edit to list now

no need for ultra ball cus heavy for steelix/solgaleo nest for hoopa>steelixs/magearna and its strong(fighting) for M steelix cus he is dual type without sacrificing two cards you might need using ultra ball

Actually, nest ball won't let you use Hoopa's ability, because you play the Pokémon from your deck to your bench, but Hoopa must be played from your hand, so ultra ball would be worth investing in if you want to keep Hoopa.
