Ruling Some LV X questions

1.Can you level-up a LV X pokemon on the turn you played it?

2.Can you use holon mentor to find a Darkrai LV x (Because it is level-up from a basic pokemon?)

3.Is there a card in the new modified format (HP-DP3) that gives your metal pokemon a free retreat cost.

 

[Master of the Six Kings]

1. No, in that way it is counted as evolution
2. No, only cards that say "basic or evolution card" can search for them. Level-up Pokemon are considered plain pokemon when in the deck.
3. Nothing to do with Lv. X's. There is Magnezone in DP1.
