"Elemental Hero Neos"+" Neo Spacian Millennium Robot"
This card can only be Special Summoned from your Fusion Deck by returning the above cards from your side of the field to the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Once per Turn, you can select 1 "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" or "Evil Hero" monster and remove it from play to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your deck. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Levels of the destroyed monster x 300.

I'm a veteran to Yugioh, haven't played in years though. Is "Extra Deck" something new that was added?

Heck, even I would in my Yuki Judai (Yuki Jaden~in the english version) deck.
 

Not bad.

I can see Card of Destructive Light is based around Stardust Dragon, and the art for Elemental Hero Millennium Neos is from Saint Seiya/Knights of the Zodiac, but I don't recognize the creature in Neo Spacian Millennium Robot.

Perhaps the text for Card of Destructive Light could be rewritten a little bit? It seemed off, but maybe it's just me. Maybe it could read:
Tribute 1 LIGHT monster with 2500 or more ATK and select an Attribute. Search all monsters your opponent controls, your opponent's hand, your opponent's Extra Deck, and all cards they draw (until the end of your opponent's 3rd turn after this card's activation) for monsters with the chosen Attribute and send them to the Graveyard.

This is the Fan Creation Center. Anything can be put in this section, regardless if it's Pokemon or something else. This section is not just for Pokemon creations, you know...

These cards are pretty nice. I can tell you did a good job with creating these cards
 
He didn't actually make the cards. He made them on Yugiohcardmaker.net. On Yu-gi-oh card maker, you can just enter the picture URL and right what the effect is, and it does it all for you. There's pretty much no effort in this card except by making the effect.

The Neo Spacian looks quite cool, though I've seen the picture used before. For the effect though, you said you need to remove from play an Elemental Hero, Destiny Hero, etc. But you didn't state where you need to remove it from play. From the field? From your hand? From the graveyard? That's the only mistake I saw. So fix that up. Hope I cleared things up with the Yugioh Card maker stuff. And I state again, he didn't really make those. He just entered the information into a Yugioh card generator.

Yeah there's a new type of cards called Synchro monsters which go into the fusion deck so the name was changed
