[The Pain]

I've just been skimming over the Revived Legends set when i noticed a slight oddity 'Wheres Aggron' even the poster at the bottom depicts lairon opposite skuntank, now i know this keeps them at the same stage but lairons the only pokemon not fully evolved on the poster and the set reflects this, any ideas??

Revived Legends the Japanese set, not Rising Rivals

Pain is right, I just looked at the the HGSS Revived Legends from the japanese set and while the Steelix deck has Aron and Lairon, Aggron is not in the steel deck or the main Revived Legends set.

I suppose this wouldn't be the first time this has happened, I remember Pidgey and Pidgeotto being in Base Set, but we didn't see Pidgeot until Jungle. Same with Dratini and Dragonair being in Base, with Dragonite not showing up until Fossil. It's just kinda odd though.

My only thought is that maybe Aggron is scheduled to appear in whatever set is after Revived Legends, like in my above examples.

I would LOVE to see a playable Aggron Prime.

This kinda' reminds me of Kadabra not being in MT set.

...Though there's an actual reason for that one. Still..It'd be nice to see Kadabra again!

I bet you anything that Aron and Lairon will end up being cut from the English set. If they're going to cut fat, uncompleted lines would be the place to do it, and I am guessing with some Aggron most likely being released soon (Promo or otherwise) all three will end up in a set together here. Just speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised to see our Steelix deck focus more on the English set.

This isn't the 1st time they make a deck with aron & lairon, but no aggron - Aron & Lairon from Holon Phantoms were from some sort of japanese mini-deck or something and they didn't make any aggron to complete the line.
