Ruling Special Conditions

might be a noob question but, Which(if any) Special Conditions Stay Even Though Your Pokemon Are Retreated? like burn or Poison?

None. Benching ends all Special Conditions.

Both Shock-wave and Imprison markers stay on a Pokémon when it retreats, but those aren't considered special conditions.
