Ruling Special energy

What is the rule again. can you only have four special energy period. or can you have like four special dark and four special steel or any other combination.

You can have four special energy cards(4 special metal, 4 special dark, 4 double colorless, etc.)

Special Energy cards are like any other card you put in your deck - only 4 with the same name (which is what Grizzly's parenthetical is referring to).

You can have as many different kinds of Special Energy in your deck as you want, so long as you don't have more than 4 of any one kind.
