So, this is a concept we've all laughed at since Dragons Exalted came out. It basically consists of 4 Rayquaza EX, a baby ray or 2, maybe a few search cards, and a ton of energy. Strategy being to use Celestial roar to get set up super fast and start OHKOig EXes every other turn startig Turn 2, Baby Ray being for Sigilyph/Scizor. What startled me is, when I was testing it, mostly for lulz, it actually worked. With the greatly increased popularity of big basics decks after Boundaries Crossed, there are a lot more Lando EX, Darkrai EX, and Mewtwo EX rush decks for you to beat on. Here's the list I've been running:
Pokemon (6):
4 Rayquaza EX
2 Rayquaza DV
T/S/S (14):
4 Random Receiver
4 Skyla
4 Ultra Ball
2 Energy Retreival
Energy (40):
20 {L}
20 {R}

It's got great matchups against big basics (Blasteo, Landoterra, Darkrai/anything but hydreigon) but it has issues with Rairei sometimes (eviolite+ max potion is annoying, and so is Sigilyph)
I like this trainer engine, simply because it's very effective at keeping you from benching while blocking Celestial roar as little as possible. I was thinking of throwing in maybe 1 Catcher, 1 Gold Potion, and 1 Switch, just in case you need it.
Thoughts? I thought this might be a decent play for a cities or 2, because I'm anticipating a ton of Lando Rush and Darkrai/Terrakion.
So, could this be viable at all? I think, in this metagame, it has a great chance to shine for a little while.

I really hope this does well but I think i'd change the balance of energy you have, instead of doing 20/20 maybe do inbetween 10/30 and 15/25 . i've played something similar to this online and I find celestial roar comes through bigger when you need it when you have more copies for 1 of your energies than having them even.

-4 Skya
-4 RR
+ 4 Pokedex thing that lets you look at your top 5 and reorganize
+ 4 Catcher.
-1 Ultra Ball
+ 1 Computer Search

I mean the deck is fast, but without the ability to choose how many you discard it dies quick. Aspertia destroys its ability to OHKO Regigigiggles and that just tanks through you. Bouff lays a smack down as well.
Wait till Ether comes out. THEN this deck will be better.

Another way to play this deck could be to use Ray EX as acceleration than E switch to other pokemon. EXP share could help in this as well.
