I don't think 2 Palmers are necessary. I run 1 and rarely ever use it. Also, I'd consider running Luxury Ball in cases where you have a Gastly start or can switch Spiritomb for a fully charged Gengar, then Lux Ball for a Vileplume and Bebe's for a Gloom to evolve without having to waste a turn with Spiritomb. Other than that, it's not bad.

Ok Matt, first of all, have you sent my rev DCE to Z yet? :(

Anyways here are some suggestions:

Why 2 Unown Q? IMO, one is enough.
Why 3 Uxie LA? IMO, two is enough.
Why those IMO's? You don't want to have too many bad starts.

Plus, I have to agree with ESP on Palmers. One is enough.

I'd cut those three for:
1 Mightyena LA
1 Poochyena LA
1 Dark Energy

That way, you would have a much easier SP matchup

Or, if you want to pull a Brayson:
1 Noctowl Promo (allows you to look at opponent hand)
1 Hoothoot
1 Psychic

CurseGar can be pretty beast in this deck. You can curse off a damage from a pokemon to a pixie and then use Shadow Room for a quick knockout, or lets say your up against SP Lv.x (most of them have 110 HP) you use Shadow Room then next turn use curse to move the unnecessary 10 damage to another pokemon and Shadow Room for the knockout. Yes I know this is theorymon, but it helps a lot with pixies. Other then that your list looks very good.

I think Prof Oak New Theory is better than Cyntia's because Cyntia's usually gets you 4 cards and sometimes 8, but Oak assures you 6 cards.
Personnally I would take out 1 Collector and 1 Bebe for 2 Elm, I think you will never need 4 Collectors.

I would suggest:

-1 Uxie LA
-1 Looker's Investigation
+2 Copycat

You're locking trainers so your opponent is probably going to have a pretty big hand, you can take advantage of that big hand with Copycat.
Also, do you have Uxie Lv.X?
