Splashable Silent Lab

Hey guys :).

So I was at a league challenge yesterday, playing Swampert/Slurpy (PM for list?), and watched a match where a plasma player lost because of Aegislash (stops damage from special energy users. So, I was thinking about solutions, and I came up with silent lab. Now I'm not saying to play multiple copies, or even two (unless you play plasma, virgen, or garbo, or something I am forgetting), but do you think that players should start splashing more labs into their decks? It could have won the games, where the Plasma player could have at least attacked (they had gotten crushing hammered their basics). What do you Players think?

RE: Splashable Silent Lab?

Silent lab can also hurt plasma players because of the abilities of their benched dudes for extra damage and Luigia prize stealing ability. Laser bank or Lysandres seem more practical for plasma decks.

^ Yeah, I figured that out lol.

But I meant in general.

Personally, I find that silent lab is quite splashable. If you don't have a specific stadium such as Virbank that you need in the deck, then Silent Lab is always a good idea. It wrecks Plasma, stops Darkrai free-retreat, stops most Flareon stuff (Eevee (ability), Audino, Jirachi, Exeggcute), prevents VirGen abilities, Jirachi-EX becomes useless, stops Mew-EX... and the list goes on.

But what decks do you think could easily splash a Silent Lab? (Sorry if I seem desperate, I'm not)

RE: Splashable Silent Lab?

Not gonna lie, but after Shaymin EX becomes an important card in most decks (probably between 1-3 used in all decks IMHO), Silent Lab is going to used a lot more then a 'tech' card in decks.

Huge amounts of rogues benefit from Silent Lab, especially the gimmicky ones that sorta fall to Aegislashs and other ability-based EXs... but decks that can effectively use the lab include:

P-Kyogre-EX (or Rough Seas)
Yveltal/Hard Charm (or Virbank/Shadow Circle)
Bronzong (or Steel Shelter/Shrine of Memories)
M-Manectric/Yveltal (or Virbank/Shadow Circle)
Pyroar (or Mountain Ring)
P-Groudon-EX (generally uses at least 1)
