Ruling Spread Thick

Okay, we all know that Prinplup does 10 damage to everybody for 1 energy. But are there any other cards in the modified format that can spread more damage then that constantly (ergo I don't want to see a bunch of Dragonite ex responses). Thanks.

ok, manetric mt also spreads damage (requires the opponent's pokemon to be of the same type)
metagross ex pk and shiftry ex pk but we do need some luck for that
