I tried and tested this deck on PTCGO, it could one shot Tag Teams with a good setup. Looking for recommendations and opinions to my list.

My goal in the early game is to setup Starmie as soon as possible for the Strange Wave attack (add three energy from the deck to a bench pokemon).

Also, I've built this to have counters for a variety of matchups:
- Necrozma GX: taking out tag teams and high HP threats
- Eeeve/Snorlax Tag Team GX: evolution pokemon
- Giratina: non-GX attacker

also most of psychic pokemon's weakness is itself so at least I can hit back with the same high damage.

Why not just malamar?

I saw that starmie too and thought it looked good but it just is completely outclassed by malamar.
If you want to build a deck around it, the most viable option right now is probably lapras, along with aqua patches.

The problem is that your opponent (if they're smart) will guzma up the pokemon you accelerated to and KO it.
Starmie is a stage 1, so you can't use it until turn 2. By then your opponent will probably be set up enough to counter.

If I were to play it in malamar (trust me, I know malamar...), I would have it as a 1-1 line, along with ditto, but still have a 4-4 count of malamars. Maybe 3 inkay, 4 malamar, the ditto, 1 staryu, and 1 starmie.

well the reason Starmie is there is for automatically adding energies. Malamar still needs them discarded and recharges only once. I could KO Venusaur/Celebi or Magikarp/Wailord in turn 3 provided I accelerated 3 energies and attached to Necrozma GX.

Balanced, as all things should be.
In all seriousness, looks good to me. Anything specific you’re having problems with?
