Is there a place I can go to that tells me which cards come in which starter decks?

when your at the store you can look at the back of the deck and there is a list if you don't feel like looking on internet (not that its any harder)

Or you can look at scans of the back of every pokemon TCG theme deck packaging from this very site.

To be fair, asking this question was a bit silly. It's common sense, that you can type in the deck and it has the deck list. Bulbapedia helps as well.
