Starter Kit for a New League

I just got approved for my own league and I have a few questions. Do they automatically send you a "stater kit" or do you have to order it? If so how do you go about ordering this kit?

What kind of stuff are you looking for?

You should be able to place an order for basic League supplies through your Play! Pokemon account. This would include scorecards, promos, charms, some posters, and other things I'm blanking on right now.
