Starting up on IRL TCG, abysmal budget. Any advice?

So yeah, I decided that after a year or two playing online, I'll try my luck and skill in the "Analog" card game. And since my budget isn't really that high(which makes it not really the wisest decision), I figured I could use some help.
Main things I'm concerned about is what and where to buy to get most of the staple cards and whatnot, and where to supply myself further on.
 
First my questions are, how much are you able to spend, have you bought any cards recently, and what kind of deck are you looking for?

If you're wanting a cheap competitive deck, Vespiquen is a good way to go. You'll spend around $60 for the whole deck I would say. It's easy to play and is one of the best decks out there at the moment. As for buying cards online, I'd recommend looking at places like Ebay, Amazon, Troll and Toad, ect. These places are all rather easy to find the cards you're looking for. If you need more information on some other possible decks let me know.
