Depends what other decks that play in the SC.

I dont think this deck will win unless you happen to win by playing against terrible players. Or if your trying to take on the metagame then i dont know then
 
i personaly think it has a shot i play a deck simular with my venus ex deck and almost lost but it was just because of weakness though
 
That deck listed above doesnt really stand a chance versing pro players. It is too slow, doesnt have enough of each pokemon line and the trainers and energy are slighly messed up. It would be most difficult to win, you would have to be lucky to draw the right cards since you only have 1 drawing card (bill maintenance).
 
Things to look out for and kill right away are things like Pidgeot, Blaziken Ex, and Scizor Ex. There are more, but those are the most common and famous ones.
 
Blaziken ex was banned last year and others to look out for will be arcainine ex but i got a plan for that to completely shut him off :D

It wasnt "banned". It's just classed as illegal since it doesnt fit into our current modified format anymore. So you cant use it in official tournaments or anywhere which plays Modified. You can only use Blaziken ex now in Unlimited.
