Status-Inducing Pokemon

Does anyone know any Pokemon that can induce status conditions that effect all active Pokemon from the bench.

I have these so far. BTW, it can be from any set (I play unlimited).

Skunktank G
Drowzee Team Rocket



Just FYI, these will be ideas for a 2 v 2 deck that uses Raticate FRLG to annoy your opponent with Energy Removal and Special Conditions.
EDIT: If your suggestions could be reusable, that would better. (ex. not Magmortar SV)
