So point of the deck is to use Roserade to inflict statuses on the opposing pokemon to power up Leafeons Misma Wind attack. Houndoom is in there to help add a third status if needed. Yanmega is a back up attacker. Leafeon can KO a double statused Yanmega, assuming it is poisoned or fails the Confusion/ Burn check. It can KO a Reshiram/Zekrom with 2 status conditions on my returning turn, or if it fails the burn check. The same goes for Gothitelle if it fails the burn check.

May I ask why 5 {p}? and why not run one Espeon prime? it's a good card to have in an Eeveelutions deck. Maybe (if you can find room) run a 4-2-1-1= 4 eevee, 2 Leafeon, 1 espeon prime, 1 umbreon. It could help. plus espeon will one shot the gothitelle for weakness :D

For Roserade so I can inflict poison. And I prefer to run straight up Leafeon so there is not confusion and I can continuously pull off Miasma Wind

Thought of something, what if I run Mew prime? I can see off a Leafeon, and use it as a gothitelle counter

I've had good luck running this deck that is more reliant on trainers. I really see Vileplume hurting you more than it is helping you. If you can consistently get set up by T2, you could start catcher'ing their techs and drop Rainbow for 110 damage (that includes the poison from next turn). Often times the Houndoom isn't necessary for all KOs but does help later on, so I ran just a 1-1 line of that. I also included plus powers to hit the pokemon that have 130 HP so that way on my next turn, they die from poison, should they pass the confusion check.

I don't really see Yanmega doing too much in that deck because you only have 3 copycat and no judge. It might be hard to match hand size without running a higher count of the two. The only thing I can safely suggest without changing the way you play is as follows.

-1 Grass
-1 Psychic
+1-1 Leafeon

With no way of recovering them, seeing how he hits the hardest, you might want to consider having that line maxed out.
If you're interested in my list, I'd be more than happy to share it with you.
