the idea is to get sableye or spiritomb out first then i will get my onix or steelix prime all energy up and attach a expert belt to it then if i will get out slowpoke and use ramunkcious party so i can get basic pokemon on my bench and get the game started pretty fast.

I would take out Engineer's Adjustments because Steelix needs the energy. However, if you play Conductive Quarry(SF), you could just get those energies back(might benefit Luxchomp, but it won't matter).

You do realise the point is to drop the energy (preferable DCE) with Engineer's Adjstment then use Steelix to get them back with energy stream (self-charging attack). That's how all competitive steelix prime decks were built to do.

If you have no DCE, then I suggest trading for some. They are an integral part of the deck.

I recommend 4 Skarmory UD. Steel Coat can get you at least 2 special Metals on Steelix before getting KO'd. Then get your Twins out for your DCE, and let the tanking begin. I would tech a 1-1 Dialga G LvX so you can use your healing trainer cards vs. Gengar.

You could try adding an azelf la just incase one of your steelix ends up in the prizes

Old DCE are much easier to get, I have a few if you need some just shoot me a PM for any of your deck needs. That is what we are here for, to help.
 
well if thats just taking up space becuase i have 4 steelix no need i have found myself not caring if a steelix prime is in prizes because i just don't need it haha..
