Its pokebody states it can't be effected by a special condition... does this include enemy attacks such as "Your opponent can't attack next turn" or Luxray's Bright Look, etc... Or is it simply, Poisoned, paralyzed, Sleep, etc...

It is just things such as paralyze. Things like not being able to attack are not special conditions.~Mark
