Help Stevens in Bulu and bulu viability

I have been playing bulu with 3 Steven's Resolve and 1 Volkner and had it to great success on ptcgo with 13 and 9 game win streaks. Would you recommend playing this in a tournament? If so or if not so please say why. The other decks I'm test are staka naga buzzroc and passimian please tell me your pick out of the 4
