Yo all u guys who were helping me(in How does flymence work), thanks ,but a year ago i tried playng a magcargo n sally deck(with holon research tower(HRT)). everyone kept telling me "u cannot discard the BASIC NRG cause it clearly STATES DISCARD A METAL NRG CARD. The ony deck i know that consists of sally is sallygross N I KNOW HOW IT WORKS.so can anyone explain in english ? HAS the rules changed ?pls TELL ME!!!!!

Speaking of english...maybe you should try to work on yours. Not to be rude or anything, but its really confusing to read your post. If you're asking about discarding a basic energy for sally's 2nd attack with a holon researcher tower in play, then the answer is yes, you can discard a basic energy.

You can discard the basic energy attached to Salamence d if you have Holon Research Tower because it says all basic energy now provides Metal Energy.
