In this discussion, we will discuss about which pokemon to us is annoying, and help each other counter it. I will gladly help you find a solution! I would also appreciate help with mine as well.
Personally, the most annoying Pokemon is this:
Whimsicott @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Encore
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- Stun Spore
I also really hate this:
Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 248 Def / 4 SpD
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic

To counter the Whimsicott, I would suggest a Venusaur (Mega if you wish, but not necessary):

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 248 HP, 252 SpA, 8 SpD
Modest Nature
-Sludge Bomb
-Leech Seed
-Giga Drain
-Hidden Power Fire

Venusaur, by its typing, is immune to Stun Spore and Leech Seed, as well as Toxic, which a lot of Whimsicott do have. Sludge Bomb will easily OHKO the Whimsicott:
252+ SpA Mega Venusaur Sludge Bomb vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Whimsicott: 780-916 (241.4 - 283.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Just make sure you don't let it lock you into Leech Seed.

As for Blissey, pretty much any Physical move on a Physically Offensive Pokémon will OHKO it.

Rotom-Wash gives me a few problems in OU:

Rotom-W @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: To be honest, I'm not entirely sure. Physically Defensive some of the time, Specially others.
? Nature
-Volt Switch
-Thunderbolt
-Hydro Pump
-Will-O-Wisp

For Rotom-W:
I usually rely on an electric type. I'm not sure what big electric types are in OU, but for VGC play Thundurus-T is pretty good, especially with Volt Absorb.
Manectric might be some help, because Rotom-W really can't attack it effectively.

Mega Manectric is 2HKO'd by Rotom's Hydro Pump, so your best bet is any Grass or Dragon type who doesn't care too much about getting burnt. Something like Lati@s, Mega Venusaur, Amoonguss, Celebi, or Mega Altaria variants with special moves should all take care of it fine.

The problem with Blissey is that it is a HUGE tank. I tried Mega Blaziken, Machamp, Lucario, and they barely did anything. Thanks for the idea, though :)

If you struggle with Blissey, use Taunt on one of your Pokemon. Blissey is totally helpless when effected by Taunt, as Seismic Toss isn't that threatening in terms of damage output.

Attackers like Mega Gardevoir and Serperior turn Blissey into set-up fodder with Taunt.

When I first saw the thread title, I thought it would be a petition against Chansey or something.

If your Mega Blaziken can't KO Blissey, then you're doing something wrong.
252+ Atk Mega Blaziken High Jump Kick vs. 0 HP / 252 Def Blissey: 1080-1272 (165.8 - 195.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Blissey can be defeated by most heavy physical attackers as well as stallbreakers, which usually amount to carrying Taunt. Just don't go special on it, you won't even dent it.

Rotom-W is a whole different story. Even something that isn't affected by the Attack drop won't appreciate a burn, as it ruins its longevity, so while it's much easier to deal with, it's also way more troubling. Celebi and Chansey are good bets due to typing, stats and Natural Cure. Also, Conkeldurr does a great job thanks to Guts.

Whimsicott is a Prankster, and Pranksters are annoying by nature. A grass type, particularly Mega Venusaur, can deal with it. Or, if you don't mind getting paralyzed, just soak a Stun Spore and hit it hard in the face.

No mention for Mega Metagross?
I would like to know what are everyone's strategies against that threat.
Lets consider it's not the RP set to make things easier. :p
Personally I like to use Bulky SD Mega Scizor which is great for setting up SD while roosting and taking any hit from it quit easily unless it gets the MM's boost.

But the Blissey here is max defense max special defense and 4 HP. My Mega Blaziken has a great move set with max attack.(Blissey also has wish). The problem is, I get it down low with one Hi Jump Kick, then it uses Wish. Very difficult.

252+ Atk Mega Blaziken High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 986-1164 (138 - 163%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Mega Blaziken High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 900-1058 (126 - 148.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

There's no way MegaKen can't OHKO a Blissey.

Even assuming no Attack IVs and an attack hindering nature, Mega Blaziken still does an insane amount of damage to a max defense Blissey.

0- Atk Mega Blaziken High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 626-740 (87.6 - 103.6%) -- 25% chance to OHKO

Blaziken has 0 Atk IVs. Blissey has 31 IVs in HP and Def. So even in this exaggerated situation, Mega Blaziken should be coming out on top here.

I'm sorry but what level was your Blaziken compared to the Blissey? Blissey has one of, if not, the lowest defence in pretty much any tier.

lets stop talking about Blaziken. It is an Uber mon and thus not helpful to anyone who wants to beat anything in OU.

Here I'll post in this thread proper; how do you handle Mega Charizard-X (bulky), Mega Metagross, and bulky SD WoW Talonflame.

(I also don't think TCGDeoxys was talking about the OU tier)

Well, it is the OU competitive forum so.. :p
Even if not, its a great thread actually imho, for getting helpful tips from each other about Pokemon in OU.

Here I'll post in this thread proper; how do you handle Mega Charizard-Y, Mega Metagross, and bulky SD WoW Talonflame.
I think I'd handle Mega Charizard Y with Goodra (resists Flamethrower and Solar Beam, and with that high a SpD stat, can handle an Air Slash pretty well. Mega Ampharos, while UU, also seems to handle it pretty well, with good typing (since we can't have Zekrom) and nice SpD.
Mega Metagross is a bit trickier. Scarfed Modest Gengar can outspeed and, after Stealth Rocks, have a 62.5% chance to OHKO. Talonflame OHKO's after a Swords Dance. You could also just burn it with Prankster Sableye.
Bulky Talonflame seems like it would be stopped pretty easily by Rotom-Wash.

Sorry I put y instead of x, edited, and added what kind of sets I'm pointing at mainly
