lost remover to disrupt to remove special energy like for blastoise if it use DCE rescue energy Pokemon circulation is disrupt opponent and also Seeker umbreon is just a tech for some decks

You need 1 Regular Donphan to help counter against your Opponent's Umbreon UD If they play it. You could go 2 Donphan Prime and 2 Regular Donphan's If you want it's up to you, that way If one Regular is stuck in your prizes you have a chance to get one from your deck unless both are in your Prizes or you run the Alph Lithograph that lets you look at your Prizes or just run a Rotom UD tech for Mischievous Trick.

I personally wouldn't recommend Rotom since it works best with Slowking HGSS due to the synergy with Second Sight so at least you know what out of the top 3 cards of your deck you're going to exchange for a card from your Prizes. So in that sense you could run Slowking HGSS over Umbreon UD but it's risky IMO. Hope this helps and good luck...

Umbreon UD is an awesome tech to run with Donphan Prime and is solely your ace in the hole
against Lanturn Prime cause regardless If they use Underwater Dive to change into a {W} Type it's
{F} Weakness remains the same giving you a chance to KO it with Donphan Prime using Earthquake.
Now I'm more psyched than ever to try to put together this deck to see how it works cause it's
likelihood of becoming Tier 1 for HGSS-On is astounding.

Your deck will be a near auto-loss without some sort of defense from an Umbreon tech or deck. The regular Donphan will make it so you don't have to waste too many spots to stop just one threat. It may not be THAT great, but in this sort of situation, it'll save you. Double Spin, with luck, can OHKO a Blastoise in case your Umbreon gets sniped. It does indeed have it's uses, so it's worth teching.
