Strange Pokemon Bootlegs

I found a website on the internet, that had some suspicious looking Pokemon figures that I have not seen anywhere else. For example:
This Oshawott
This Dewott
This Haxorus
This Charmander
This Rayquaza
and this Celebi.

All the figures on this site have terrible paint jobs, and just look innaccurate to the actual Pokemon. (Look at the Celebi! It looks like an alien!)

EDIT 2: I'm pretty sure these are bootlegs, now, so I'll change this thread to a discussion about them.

EDIT: Found some more suspicious ones.

RE: Bootleg or not?

I agree. The Celebi looks like a creepy alien. Those eyes are just so creepy. o_O
Whatever happened to anime? I really, really don't like that Celebi. *shudders*
Children, don't click this if you have a alien phobia. I mean it. Seriously, that Celebi is not a normal toy. It's a alien, not a toy.

RE: Bootleg or not?

What is this I don't even

Totally unable to tell that Haxorus is Haxorus.

*Bursts into laughter*

Welcome to the realm of Chinese knock-offs, though these are especially bad. Some of them look like they're from the 90s too.

RE: Bootleg or not?

If you couldn't tell, these are fake :L Look how weird they are... They don't release new forms of stuff with merchandise, they announce it then release the merchandise.

RE: Bootleg or not?

These..... Are some of the worst bootlegs I have ever seen, also that "Celebi" will haunt me for life! O.O

If you are going to fake something, make it look like what you are faking and not a hideous alien-ish creature that will haunt the dreams of anyone 13 and under (which is the majority of the intended audience).

It seems like the people who created these figures didn't really watch Pokemon. xP

I just found this Victini one, which is also messed up.

Right. The alien one is just so creepy. They're 3-month-olds, or they are just not good storytellers. No effort, no good....
They didn't even really line it.... just looks like paper, but don't tell that to them.

Next thing I know, they'll make some really, really, really, really, really tiny pieces of "Pokemon" that are just tiny pieces of clay.

Sometimes I get these bootlegs because they're so badly done. I used to have this T-shirt where Jigglypuff is brown and Pikachu is blue, for instance.

I love the horribleness of the Rotom Plush. It's like a lightbulb with giant blue orbs for eyes and gimpy wings.

You realize they made a Pokedoll of the Rotom, right? It's supposed to look like that.

Nope! Did not know that. Thought it was just another example of wonderful bootlegged weirdness. I guess the fact that I actually liked that one should have given me reason to believe it was more true to form than some of the uglier horrible bootlegs. :p
