Is there a limit Strong Energy's effect on a single pokemon? I'm assuming that it can only be used to add 20 HP, no matter how many Strong Energys are attached to the pokemon.

I noticed you used the wording "add 20 HP" in your question so I'm going to point out that Strong Energy makes attacks do 20 more damage, it does not add HP to anything. That being said, the effect does indeed stack. If you have two Strong Energy attached to one fighting pokemon, its attacks will do a total of 40 extra damage, and so on.
