I Think Lugia EX is a VERY strong card, beacause it does 200 damage and has a high amount of HP.

as technically Lugia ex can do 390 damage (1 Expert Belt, 4 Plus Power, Crobat G + 4 Poke Turn + 4 Scoop Up + 4 Super Scoop Up

the strongest card in the game right now is luxray Gl X. it can bring up so pokemon on the bench and can KO it or let something else kill it.
