Help Subsituting the Shaymin-EXs in a M Gardevior Deck?

Hi guys,
Okay, so my question is: Is there anything i can substitute the shaymins for in a gardevior deck but still keep the same consistancy? Honestly, the only reason im asking is because even if i was to build the deck, Shaymins are just too expensive for me. (60 bucks a pop on ebay and higher on online stores). I know shaymins a staple but im hobestly not willing to shell out that mich money for a couple of cards just have them rotate later. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks!

Which M Gardevior? Is it despair ray or the energy multiplier? If despair ray then not really unfortunately. There isn't another card that gets you up to six cards just for playing it. Octillary is an ok substitute in some decks, and would work in the energy version of Gard. Not so much in despair ray since you want to be discarding bench sitters, not letting them sit.

That said, you can still try the deck without the Shaymin. You just might need to add in more N/Sycamore/Shauna/Birch to make up for it.
