The new standard honestly has me super excited. I'm glad to see the game slow down by removing many staples from the environment. It feels like decks will be more unique. Sharpedo was the first deck I made for competitive play and it faired pretty well. But now I am losing options like Repeat Ball, Vs. Seeker, Dangerous Energy, and Team Aqua's Base all which helped the deck flow easier. The strategy, for the most part, is to make Sharpedo hit as hard as possible with Aqua Impact and to combine Bursting Balloon + Rough Skin to severely punish pokemon trying to KO it.
The deck list below is what I still have (after adding/removing stuff as well) and is not complete. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

- Tapu Lele to help me set up my Digletts fast with Bridgette or a Skull Grunt for disruption if i'm forced to go first.
- Altar of the Moone to help get Dugtrio back to the bench in the case someone forces it out and to make Guzma safer to use.
- Enhanced Hammers and/or Plumeras for some energy disruption.
