Can I shuffle back 3 Pokémon or 3 basic Energy cards or do I have to have at least one of either (i.e. 1 Pokémon and 2 Energy or 2 Pokémon and 1 Energy)?

Any combination of them. 1 Pokemon and 2 energy, 2 energy and 1 Pokemon, 3 Pokemon... You get the idea. It can be both.

In the future, please post a scan of the card.

Note if you have 3 or more, you must choose 3. If you have less than 3 (but not 0 as then the card can't be played), you must choose all of them.
