I have an EV'd Vaporeon + EV'd Gengar.
I think I have a Shiny Ho-Oh also, but not for sure because I need to find my old Pearl cartridge.
That Froslass is to my liking (ev'd.) what Moveset/ EV spread?

BTW. All of my Pokemon are legit. (As far as I know.) Most, however, are event/colloseum.
