Pokemon: 24
The main goal is to get Kingdra set up as quickly as possible, and then to use its attack Dragon Blast. This will force you to discard a water energy and a lightning energy each turn. You will want to replenish the energy with its ancient trait. The Swampert and the Slurpuff are there for their abilities (although Swampert can be a secondary attacker). You should use Swampert's Diving Search to put a card from the deck to the top of the deck and then you use Slurpuff's Tasting to draw the card that you placed on the top of the deck. Wailord EX is there to stall so that you have more time to set up. Everything else should be pretty self-explanatory.
The main problems I've been having with this deck is that it is too slow. It is very good once Kingdra gets set up. When you leave advice in the bottom, please just keep in mind that Kingdra is the focus of the deck, and I don't care what I have to do with the deck as long as Kingdra stays. Also: this is standard for what seems to be expected after rotation, so please help using XY-on (including Ancient Origins). Thanks for the help!
