Swellow

I do not understand the effects of Swellow EX Dragon's attack Quick Dive it says:

Flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 of your opponent's pokemon. This attack does 50 damage to that pokemon. This attack isn't affected by weakness or Resistance.

What does this mean?

You get to choose any 1 of your opponent´s pokemon and do 50 damage to it without applying weakness (W) and resistance (R).
Pokebodies/powers and any other effects still apply (metal energy, agility´s effect, etc.).

Yeah but what happens if you get tails it doesn't tell you so I'm just curieos...

To be completeley honest, yes.
They've been wording stuff like that for years, they only sometimes specify the "does nothing" on certain random occations. Don't ask me why, but it means the same thing.
