(G)(M)(C) Swift 60:
This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, or any other effects on the Defending Pokemon.

My question is: Can Heal Dance Poke-Power remove the damage counters done by the Swift as the effect of Swift is that the damage isn't affected by any Poke-Powers...

Thanks.

What the effects of Swift mean is..."the damage cannot be prevented or reduced in any way when this attack is being used". You can certainly remove the damage by healing that Pokemon.

Yes, you can always remove damage unless they are Koed or the card being played is not able to be played. I.E. potion trainer lock, or there is a cessation crystal in play and you cannot be healed.

wait a minute so for example lets say if someone uses smoke screen on me and i have to flip a coin to attack him. But if i use swift i wont need to flip a coin right because it says "or any other effects on the defending pokemon"...

Wrong. The smokescreen effect is on YOUR active, not on the opponent Pokemon. That means, you still have to flip for swift, as long as you did not retreat or evolve your Active. If the Defending used attacks like Agility that prevent all effects of attacks, only then can Swift go through it.

Smokescreen is an attack that does something to you, while agility is on the defending, and the card's text states the ruling on that.
