I'm thinking of doing a T-tar Spread Deck, but I'm not sure what to use.
I was thinking Darkness Howl + Jirachi's Time Hollow + Metagross's Psychic float for the Free Retreat. What do you think? Why will/won't it work? What do you suggest I should add, or change?

-Thanks! :D

You would need a lot more to get this one going.

Jirachi just to devolve? Is this a Vilegar and Machamp Counter?
Darkness Howl will just destroy your own bench as you are wanting to run psy's alongside your Ttar Prime.

I am not sure there is much viable with the 3 cards that you want to use...

If you care about the free retreat of jirachi then something is wrong, he is kind of a game ender like ERL but works much more situational. But I guess you want to retreat your tyranitar prime so...
as tylertyphlosion said, you would need a lot of psychic energies/ rainbow energies to use that strategy and then you might as well skip tyranitar prime - unless you want him as a, let´s say 2-2-2 tech with a bulky stage 1 Pupitar SF to have diversified typing in your deck. but that might as well be easier to achieve?! (the rainbow is your friend)

Darkrai Cresseslia Legend will definatly help, along with Solrock Triumphant and Lunatone SV. DCL allows you to freely move your opponents counters for easy prizes and Solrock (along with Lunatone) will provide a Heal Lock, preventing all healing going on.

play testing T-Tar prime myself and even going as far to wedge him into a Sablelock build, Darkness Howl becomes REALLY situational. so unless you know for a fact that you can do massive damage in a short period of time, I'd say go with a T-Tar+Sableye+Umbreon UD as your set upseeing as how everything now on your bench will be dark, and a DCL might actually be feasable with this considering its dual typing will cancel each other out. At least i would assume so, some one can feel free to correct me.
