The thought is to get a Tangroth powerd up ASAP and Grind Away.If I get them low enough on HP use plow over to KO plus 1 energy to lost zone. Use Vispiqueen to protect my Bench. Celebi to help with energy and also block all evolution Pokemon from attacking. Rescue to keep KO pokemons back to hand. 3Looking at a HGSS on except for Azelf or looking at putting 2 Uxies in. Have lots of Supporters and Enegie to play with so thanks for any direction. Will keep the List updated as I replace Cards.

I can see this deck needs some help. That's why I'm here.

As for Pokemon, Yanmega Prime is not needed, and I would rather find room for a 2-2-2 Meganium Prime to trans energy. You'll need to beef up Tangrowth to 4-4, and use Tangrowth X. Celebi Prime is good for the energy attachment, but you will need to run Unown Q for free retreat. Vespiquen UD is okay, but Sunflora is vital to speed things up. If Fire Pokemon are a problem in your area, try running Metapod HGSS, and you could try using Shaymin X(land form) to increase HP, though it's not needed. You'll also need 2 Uxie LA for draw power(maybe even Uxie X). So your Pokemon line might look like this:

4-3/1 Tangrowth X(you could even use Tangrowth AR; 4-2/1/1)
2-2-2 Meganium Prime
1-1 Sunflora HGSS
3 Celebi Prime
1 Unown Q
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA

It looks a little big, but your in-play situation should have 2 Tangrowth in play, 1 Meganium Prime, Sunflora, a Celebi Prime, and a Pixie. You play 4 Seeker, so no problem there.

T/S/S is the biggest problem here. Junk Arm can be 2(I know its for discarding energy), drop Energy Restore(you have Big Growth now), and drop Energy Switch(Meganium Prime). Now you can add Luxury Ball, Pokemon Communication, another Warp Point, and something else. For Supporters, I'll start by dropping everything, since the majority needs work. I removed 19 cards, so let's add some.

+3 Pokemon Collector
+3 Bebe's Search
+1 Palmer's Contribution
+3 Engineer's Adjustments
+2 Copycat
+1 Professor Oak's New Theory
+3 Seeker
+1 Twins
+1 Dawn Stadium(or other useful Stadium)

For energy, drop all of the Psychic, since there is no reason to attack with Celebi, and add 3 DCE ad one grass, and also drop one Rescue for another grass.

I know this was a lot, but hope this helped.

If your just running the Tangrowth w/out the lvl X, make the lines even. 3-2 is rather odd IMO. It should be 3-3 OR 3-3-1 (as already stated) with the one being Tangrowth lvl X. Also, drop the Yanmega line as Yanmega is a deck in of itself. For that line add 2-2 Sunflora HGSS. Metapod HGSS for prevention of the Fire type weakness, trust me it works. That line should be 1-1 or 2-2. Also the Vespiquen should be trimmed down to 1-1.

If you can get it also add a Shaymin (Ground Forme) lvl X. it gives you +40 HP, add a few E-belts= ,and youve got a Tangrowth (Including the LVL X) at 190 HP. Thats not easy to take down in a few turns. Only problem after all this. LuxChomp.

Good luck with the deck and I hope the advice helps!
