So far as i ran the 12 or so test.I seem to find myself happy with what i built.
If any of you can help figure out what i'm mission just post it.

Strategy:

Use Shaymin and call for family. If possible,use Virizion-ex to attach energy onto your Tangrowth. Have Tangrowth do its "Hundred Furious Lashes". After you attack,Switch with out with Keleo-ex+Float Stone.Retreat Keldeo and Again,do "Hundred Furious Lashes".Having Silver Mirror on Tangrowth is useful.


So far This deck Takes out Kurem/Deoxys. Also,Quad Snorlax/Thundurus-ex along with
the Blastoise/Keldeo-EX deck.OH! and VirGen as well.

The decks/cards it does have problems so far are: 9-tails/Amoonguss (NXD No.9)(Ability)
Darkrai-EX and Mewtwo-EX and of course Fire Pokemon. Tool Scrapper Is a downer for you as well.

So I am assuming the purpose of Keldeo EX here is to make Hundred Furious Lashes an attack you can use any turn (like Blizzard Burn in Plasma), and Virizion EX is to get energy acceleration... so why is there just one of each? It will make your list much more consistent to run at least one more Virizion and probably one more Keldeo.

You're right on the money. And far as Pokemon go,I would rather take out Enhanced hammer for more silver mirror.That way i can counter tool scrapper.
