strategy: tangrowth COL or celebi prime( if i have uxie) as a starter. shaymin ul removes energy from one tangrowth to the bench tangrowth, shaymin lv.x is combo with intervierer's question to attach energy. dawn stadium for heal or remove special condition. seeker is for take out azelf , reuse uxie and shaymin.

do i need to put vespiquen to provide spreading? i don;t but metapod because there are few prople use fire deck in my region

How do you get three energy per turn w/Celebi to Tangela, unless you attach a DCE. Nutrional Support is Tangelas attack, and Celebi has to be ACTIVE in order to use its power, so thats a little confusing unless you can explain how that works.

Either way. Yes. Uxie should be used here, as should Azelf. Draw power and to check your prizes for those X's.

I would do this:

-2 Engineers Adjustments
+1 Azelf LA
+1 Uxie LA

i can get three energy per turn because i can use unown q and attach it to celebi, then retreat celebi(free retreat), when one of my tangrowth ko, i will switch celebi to active, after i get one more energy, i retreat celebi attached with unown q(free retreat). also, as u can see, i have one azelf already..so, i don't need . i consider adding uxie before, but, i think i don't have enough bench place, so i use engineerer's adjustment to draw four cards(i use many leaf energy). and i can get back the en from discard pile by tangrowth's attack.

- 1 Dawn Stadium and + 1 Warp Point, 1 stadium on its own is a dead draw late game and tottally not worth, add in a nother warp point for consistency.

I tested this deck for a little while and found out that Celebi prime is the desired starter so really you want to be playing 3/4 of them to ensure you start with it as often as possible.

-1 Shaymin (1-1 is all you need but with Blissey Prime and Tangrowth lvX's healing power you don't really need it)
-1 Premier Ball (Bebe's search + Communication can search for it as well as Sunflora)
-2 Enginner's Adjustment (you don't want to be dumping energy, despite the fact that Tangy lvX can recover it)
-1 Prof Oak's Visit
-1 Dawn's Stadium (better used for Broken Time-space)
(-6)

+2 Broken Time-Space (a T1 Grind is possible with BTS but only if your hand allows it)
+2 Bebe's Search (more search is good)
+1 Celebi Prime (prefered starter)
+1 DCE (4 is prefered seeing as grind relies on mass amount of energy)

If anything i would suggest dropping the Blissey Prime for 2 Uxie lA eeing as the added draw power is good for drawing into your deck quickly as you need energy in the hand in order for forest breath to work as intended, plus you won't always draw into that Interviewer's Question.

My particular build run Moo Moo Milk as it's somewhat more realible than Life herb and doesn't dicard energy unlike Blissey prime (which you don't want) plus i also had healing growth to rely on for added healing. My list also ran Twins as i never really attempted to retreat Celebi prime once it did its job, so i left it out to get Ko'd so i could use Twins to search for {G} energy / DCE / Expert belt.

Thanks for your opinions. But, I run two shaymin because can remove all energy to another pm that do not have any damage counter when I use bilssey prime to heal. Also, I do. not have BTS, what can I use instead of it?thanks

With 3 Pokemon Collector, 1 Luxury Ball, 3 Pokemon Communication and 1 Bebe's Search, as well as Sunflora HGSS, it shouldn't be that hard to get out Shaymin UL so playing 2 is pretty much pointless and even if you want to reuse it, you have Seeker for that.

Also how can you not have enough bench space for Uxie? Your bench would be from what i've tested, Tangrowth/Sunflora/Shaymin lvX/?/?. That's 2 free bench space that can be used to easily drop an Uxie, or Blissey prime (though isn't truly needed) Though if you feel your bench space is getting tight, then up the amount of Seeker you play to 3 which also helps in re-using Blissey Prime to heal and/or Shaymin UL to move energy around.

Thanks your Suggestions. But, I have 5 bench pm in my deck already, tangrowth, shaymin, celebi, sunflora, azelf. celebi prime will always on my bench, because once my tangrowth knock out, I will put celebi as active pm and get one more en, after that, i will retreat celebi with unown q. Also, Even I get back my azelf to my hand, I still need to put my blissey prime on my bench, so, I think I cannot put uxie on the bench. Also, I use two shaymin ul because i have many pokemon communication , so Even I got shaymin ul already, I can still make use of it to exchange other shaymin to exchange tangrowth,etc.
 
There's only so much the community can do for you. Try testing the deck yourself. It helps you identify flaws in your own which helps you to learn how to fix them.

What are the specific problems with your deck?
 
test the deck already, i find that too few collectors, so i add one, and i also add one more shaymin ul, in an attempt to move the energy of other shaymin. but, any suggestions for my deck
 
If you want to make the deck faster then you need to try and get you hands on at least 2 Broken Time-Space (3 would be best) as any deck that has the ability to set up turn 1 has a great advantage early game. Also

-1 Unown Q (you play 3 warp point so 2 Unown Q seems unnecessary)
-1 Pokemon Collector (You say you had too few but 3 is the perfect amount. At most, you'd use 2 Collector in an entire game playing 4 just leads to dead draw)

+1 Bebe's Search
+1 DCE (There's need reason not to be playing 4)
