Blissey's dead so I think that leaves tangrowth. Kingdra killer and fast if you get sceptile GE up and running. But the damage it does is nothing to shout about.
Probably the best tank out there as of now is MagnezoneLv.X. When Platinum comes out it would be almost any Grass deck with Shaymin Lv.X.
My favorite "tank" is torterra. It can doo 100 damage for 2 energies (with sceptile GE). Second best on my list is Regigigas X. It has 150 HP (170 with snowpoint). It can heal itself 80 damage, and it can do 100 damage for 4 energies (but it gives itself energies 
). Finally, the only other "tank" I would use is magmortar. It does 20 X the number of energies on it. It also heals itself 20 damage each time you attach a fire energy. You can combo it with Leafeon X (which lets you get two energy attachments in a turn).

Regigigas Lv.X. A possible 170 HP T2 and a T2 100 damage. What's not to like?
