So do team plasma have a headquarters or a hideout or something i just really wamt to know ?

N's Castle can be considered the hide out since it's stated that is where he grew up and there are Plasma Grunts hiding inside.

However, how it got beside the E4 is beyond me.
And if it was there, how nobody noticed.
