Strategy:
Thundurus out early to start getting damage and energies. Set-up a few deoxys and Keldeo. Then power-up kyurem and use lysandre, escape rope, and catcher to kill the right things. Laserbank is used to OHKO EX and kill pyroar.

Thanks for Reading and Good luck.

Hummm, I think Lugia works best with Deoxys and Thundurus.
Also, if you go for Lugia, you will need to add DCE.
Finally, Blend and Prism energies are rotating out in September. If you are planning to play Modified, they got to go. In this case, go for DCE and Rainbow energies.

Also, Running Keldeo EX with 2 Float Stones makes running Switch overkill.
I myself would go for more Colress and less N or less Juniper, since you most often than not will have your bench full with Deoxys and others.
You are mostly running Plasma Pokemon and they are your heart and soul in this deck, max out that Plasma Ball.
You should also try to get something in for Pyroar decks, which are growing in numbers these days. I think Raichu might be a good call, since your bench will be full almost every time. Plasma Glaceon also works. LaserBank isn't that good to this task.
I also find that Frozen City does a better job into stalling and hindering than LaserBank does. You won't be hit by it while using Plasma Pokemon.
