2. Lower refs sends first
3. Cards are mint unless stated otherwise. Some of the ones that are commonly thrown into decks (usually the trainers) might be a bit played. I WILL tell you BEFORE the deal is finalized. I expect the same from you.
4. English cards only. No fakes, nor World Championship Promos.
5. I am a poor college kid. I will very rarely buy cards. If I do, it will probably be because it is a good deal.
6. As it says in my title, I only send inside the US.
7. No ripping. I will hunt you down and file mail fraud.
8. Exchanged addresses constitutes a finalized deal. No backing out afterwards.
9. Fun is mandatory.
10. I dunno... just use common sense? Don't throw out stupid offers, and don't be rude or disrespectful.
11. I prefer that you make the first offer, although it's not really mandatory.
12. The moment you post in my thread means you agree to abide by my rules.
