Started off as a ZekEel deck, but then seemed to pick up lots of tech cards, so yeah, tech-eels everyone.

Pokemon (18)

3-3 eelektrik (2/1 on 30/40 HP tynamos)
3 Zekrom BW
2 Tornadus EP
1 Thunderus EP
1 Zekrom-EX ND

1 shaymin UL
1 pachirusu CoL
1 Pichu HS
1 cleffa HS
1 smeargle CoL

T/S/S 29

1 pokemon collector HS
3 N NV
3 PONT HS
4 Sage's Training CoL

2 Pokemon Catcher
2 Plus Power
2 Poke-Comm
2 Eviolite
2 switch
2 Skyarrow Bridge
3 Junk Arm
3 Level Ball

Energy 13

10 {L}
3 DCE

It plays like a standard ZekEel deck, using the genies and Zekrom for early game then using Zekrom EX to finish up later with Eelektrik keeping energies in play.

I'm considering getting more collectors, but Pichu +level ball is more useful to me, as then I'm free to play another supporter. I also have Smeargle's portrait power, which can turn into collector or any other supporter needed.

Cleffa provides hand refresh, Shaymin and Pachirsu provide energy acceleration, Pichu helps set up early game (and does well if the opponent has gone first).

So how does the deck look to you guys? How would it hold up against other ZekEel decks as well as the other top-tier decks (mainly MagEels, Durant and Ty-Ram Decks)?

thanks in advance

I'd definitely cut a zekrom for a Zekrom EX. Pichu also helps the opponent, so I'd just cut pichu and max out the collectors. I'm not too sure about pichu, cleffa, and smeargle all in one deck. I'd choose either cleffa or smeargle but just 1. I'd cut a PONT for a juniper and cut a poke. comm. for another junk arm.

Not sure about dropping pont for juniper :/

would Regigigas EX be any good in this deck?

Well, you have to discard energies. I don't think that you should use both pachirisu and eelektrik. I'd cut the pachirisu (not shaymin) and add a mew two EX.The problem with regigigas is that it is also weak to fighting.

I play a similar deck, and I find that keeping the Pachirisu works rather well. There's times when you might be in a bind to get out your Zekrom ex, and when you finally do get it, it's good to have a pachi on-hand so you can easily attach your regular energy, plus two from Pachirisu+Shaymin, plus one from Eelektrik. That way you can put down Zekrom ex and have him all powered up, same turn. Also Skyarrow bridge works well with this deck. I love being able to throw down a powerful attacker and have it all powered up and ready to attack without your opponent being able to do anything.

Well, I don't really see the need for both the pachi/shaymin engine and the eelektrik engine. If pachi is going to be run, I'd increase it to 2. 1 is a bit risky of that is going to be the engine. If that is run however, I think it is pretty good however, seeker and super scoop up would definitely be needed and a maxed out junk arm.
