Tips?

Delcatty: Helps Mew and Rhyperior with their damage output.
Driflblim: Tank counter.
Machamp/Relicanth: SP counter.
Honchkrow: Gyarados counter.
Chillachinno: Fast damage.
Rhyperior: Fast damage.

Mew: Abuses 1-energy, dce-energy users in this deck with moving them to the lost zone.

3 cards too much. ._.

I'd take out the Mankeys, Machamp and Relicanth do effectively the same and are better in a lot of situations. -2 Mankey, -1 Judge, -1 Darkness Energy, +1 Uxie, +1 Rhyperior LV.X, +1 Seeker, +1 Dialga [PL Reverse Time]. And BTW, why did you post the card text for Tsunbear if you don't play it?
