Can I use Gardevoir LV X's Teleportation if my Active Pokemon is affected by a Special Condition, mainly Paralyzed, Asleep & Confused???
I think the answer is Yes but I just wanna be sure about it...

Sure, you can use it. Gardevoir doesn't care if someone else is affected by a condition
