i know it may sound noob bbut i dont really know whats shining pkm

what expansion they come from? (im not talking abt pkm Star here)

Shining Magikarp and Shining Gyarados were in Neo Revelation. Check bottom of this page for scans Gyarados' link doesnt work, so find it somewhere else. Google is a good start, or Ebay even.

The other Shinings: Noctowl, Mewtwo, Steelix, Kabutops, Tyranitar, Raichu, Charizard and Celebi are in Neo Destiny. Check bottom of this page for scans. The cards look much better in real life than those scans, since those scans look very dark compared to normal.
