Strategy: Use Groudon or Terrakion to knock out my opponent's pokemon, preferrably of my choosing by implementing Pokemon Catcher. Apply Bronzong to prevent my opponent from healing. Apply Super Scoop Up to reduce the amount of times my opponent can KO my pokemon or simply to compliment Switch. Apply Tool Scrapper against Eviolite and Garbador when the need arises.

Groudon EX is horrible. It's just plain bad.
I like the idea for bronzong, it'll help you beat Hydreigon.

You could at least try to make a suggestion that is still inline with the TS's ideas. He was asking for input on how to make it work. This list wouldn't be about terrakion and groudon if you remove groudon :|

I took some suggestions into consideration and edited the list.

-1 Groudon Ex
-1 Bronzor
-1 Bronzong
-1 Energy
+2 Heavy Ball (All pokemon in the deck have a 3+ retreat cost, which means I can use this instead of Ultra Ball)
+2 Energy Switch

I also like Groudon Ex; with Bronzong, he can set up several KO's.
