While waiting for Celebi to be KO'd, use Ariados for poison/extra damage. Celebi is Grass. Ariados's ability won't affect Celebi.

5 energy?!? This deck would need at least 9 and 2 super rods! Also, Terrakion-Ex only accelerates basics from your hand, so it won't work with your energy choice. Keldeo-Ex it would be a great addition for support in a meta full of decks which play Hypnotoxic Laser. Adding it, could increase a lot more your dmg output with Virbank, a very common stadium choice in Expanded.

You could try Robo Substitute, as when it gets KOed, your opponent doesn't take any prize. But I'd change a bit the idea of the deck. With so many Revengers in Expanded (Terrakion NV, Bouffalant BW, Drudiggon FLF and Stunfisk BKT), you could try to make a deck that takes advantage of hitting for weakness. Also, adding a few bees or Plasma Flareon for late game would be nice too.
