I got the mysterious treasures thing from toys r us and i got two happpinys. one normal and one holographic. Why would they do that?

The reverse-holo is always a random card. I got a normal and reverse-holo azelf in a pack once. xP

This case is normal, sometimes you will get 2 same card in a booster pack regardless of its rarity...

Nope, and never will. It's 5 commons, 2 uncommons, 1 rare and 1 holo foil card. The holofoil will never be an ex or star.
