I am looking for a present for my brother. I decided to get him a shooter game that. But it has to be for 2 people and can't be M rated. Do you guys have any suggestions on what to get. Any help would be appreciated.

^agree. If you are looking for a twin-stick shooter, I'd recommend Geometry Wars (it isn't as nerdy as it sounds). Phantasmagoria of Flower View is easily one of the best bullet hell games out there
